Notes to the rental rates
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds NOT PER PERSON. In the event of a holiday period overlapping different tariffs total price will be calculated on a daily rate basis. A 10% deposit (non-refundable) is required to secure reservation with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure date. If booking is made within 8 weeks of departure date the full amount is due on reservation. Refundable £150 security deposit due with the balance to cover damages, repairs or lost keys. For your own protection, a comprehensive travel insurance policy should be obtained. Winter specials are available.
